Pediatric Autism and Neurodivergence Nutrition

Navigating nutrition for neurodivergent children requires far more than generic advice or rigid meal plans. With years of specialized clinical experience at the Hospital for Special Care Autism Program, I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care tailored to the unique sensory, behavioral, and biological needs of children with autism and other neurodivergent traits.

Feeding dynamics in neurodivergent kids are often complex and interconnected. Whether your child struggles with sensory integration around food, chronic digestive discomfort, or metabolic impacts of medications, my approach meets your family where you are—building comfort, stability, and nourishment without stress or pressure. My goal is to make family mealtime enjoyable for all.

Key Areas of Focus:

How we work together:

Every child's behavioral, nutritional and metabolic profile is unique. By combining specialized clinical expertise with a child-centered, family-focused approach, we work together to take the stress out of mealtimes while ensuring your child gets the nourishment they need to thrive. Visits are parent-focused, but if appropriate, kids are invited in for sessions once a plan is established.
