  • Let’s get to know each other, and determine your goals for nutrition counseling. We will discuss your current eating habits, review your medical history, and determine the best path to help you achieve your goals. Information is customized to fit your lifestyle, eating habits and health, to allow you to thrive without stress.

  • Follow up visits can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or at any other interval that works for you. We will discuss how things are going with the changes you are making, what challenges you are facing, and we will problem solve to make healthy eating as easy and stress-free as possible.
